We all know Mardi Gras is about parties, so of course we hosted one for one of our favorite realtors! Nadine McCoy is a one-of-a-kind real estate agent; not only does she have plenty of realty experience, but she’s a home stager and interior designer, too!
Anyone who signs on as her client receives not only a superior agent but an insightful consultant as well. She’s even called the “Mary Poppins of Real Estate,” and if you’ve ever met her, you’ll know it fits her to a tee! And with experience on TV shows like “Fix It And Finish It” and “Restaurant Impossible,” her reputation extends far outside New Orleans.
A recent client of hers found themselves in a difficult situation: they weren’t sure whether they should sell their home, or if they should renovate it and stay–not an uncommon question for Northshore homeowners. Nadine ended up suggesting they renovate the kitchen, and that’s where we came in.
Like with all of our own clients, we were dedicated to bringing the client’s vision to life, and Nadine trusted Singer’s extensive knowledge and reputation for quality work. She also appreciated her designer, Holly, staying in open communication throughout the whole process.
In the end, the kitchen received a beautiful upgrade, and Nadine’s clients loved the results so much that they decided to stay in their “new” home!
So when Nadine wanted to host a party for her VIP clients, we jumped right in to help! We jazzed up our Mandeville showroom for the occasion, including refreshments! (After all, what kind of kitchen DOESN’T have snacks at the ready?) And Nadine capped off the night in true NOLA fashion by giving each guest a King Cake to take home.
